AVID Staffing Changes Name to AVID Technical Resources

BOSTON, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- AVID Staffing, Inc. officially completed a
name change to AVID Technical Resources, Inc. this past week.  The name change
comes just weeks after being named the 7th Fastest Growing Private Company in
the state and just days after the Boston Business Journal listed AVID as the
10th largest Temporary Placement Firms in Massachusetts.

    The name change was a strategic marketing move by AVID.  "We decided that
we wanted to tailor our company name towards our specific technology niche,"
said Principal Owner, Brian Tomasello.  "This is the first of a number of very
aggressive marketing and SEO moves for our company in 2008."
