Next Inc. Inks Agreement with GSI Commerce

Agreement Expands Collegiate Product Offerings to Ladies and
Youth, Cuts Lead Times in Half and Increases Number of Schools from 50
                                to 107
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(Business Wire)--
Next Inc. (OTCBB:NXTI), an emerging leader in the sportswear
products industry, today announced that it has signed a new
merchandising agreement with GSI Commerce (www.gsicommerce.com).

   GSI Commerce(R) is a leading provider of services that enable
e-commerce, multi-channel retailing and interactive marketing for
large, business-to-consumer (b2c) enterprises in the U.S. and
internationally. The company delivers customized e-commerce solutions
through an e-commerce platform, which is comprised of technology,
fulfillment and customer care. GSI offers each of the platform's
components on a modular basis, or as part of an integrated, end-to-end
