Redwood Capital Bank Announces Promotion of Ferndale Native, Jennifer Budwig

On September 17, 2008, REDWOOD CAPITAL BANCORP (OTCBB:RWCB)
proudly announced the promotion of Ferndale native, Jennifer Budwig as
Regional Manager of the Eel River Valley for Redwood Capital Bank, its
wholly-owned subsidiary. Jennifer Budwig will maintain her office at
the Redwood Capital Bank Fortuna Branch with the responsibility of
serving the communities of the Eel River Valley. Ms. Budwig has
personal knowledge of the Eel River Valley marketplace and brings
extensive experience and expertise in commercial, agricultural and
government guaranteed lending (with a focus on SBA lending), business
development, and deposit-based products.

legislative proclamation and signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Ms. Budwig is the only banker in Humboldt County to receive this
honor.

Center. She is also a member of the Humboldt State University Business
