Advantage Futures Announces ICE Clear U.S. Membership

CHICAGO, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Advantage Futures, the premier futures
brokerage firm, today announced that it had been approved for membership with
ICE Clear U.S., providing its clients with more efficient access to the ICE
Futures U.S. markets. ICE Clear U.S. is the designated clearinghouse for ICE
Futures U.S., and operates as a registered Derivatives Clearing Organisation
(DCO) under the regulation of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission
(CFTC). Joseph Guinan, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Advantage Futures, made the
announcement.
    ICE Futures U.S. is the premier market for soft commodities, and also
offers trading in stock indexes and currencies. In 2007, exchange-wide volume
for ICE Futures U.S. increased 22%, reaching a record 53.6 million contracts.
ICE Futures U.S. transitioned to completely electronic futures trading in
March 2008. Beginning in the third quarter of 2008, ICE Futures U.S. will be
the only venue for trading futures products based on the Russell indexes. As a
member of ICE Clear U.S., Advantage Futures is able to provide its clients
increased market opportunities for clearing.
