Gorman-Rupp Company Declares Cash Dividend

MANSFIELD, Ohio--(Business Wire)--
On October 22, 2009 the Board of Directors of The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE
Amex: GRC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10.5 cents per share on the
common stock of the Company, payable December 10, 2009, to shareholders of
record November 13, 2009. This marks the 239th consecutive dividend paid by The
Gorman-Rupp Company.
