Douglas Emmett, Inc. Announces Dates for Its 2008 First Quarter Earnings Results and Live Conference Call

Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE:DEI), a real estate investment trust
(REIT), announced that it plans to release its 2008 first quarter
earnings results after the close of the stock market on Tuesday, May
6, 2008. A live conference call is scheduled for the following day,
Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Jordan Kaplan,
president and chief executive officer of Douglas Emmett, Inc., and
William Kamer, chief financial officer, will host the call. Interested
