ClearLite`s `Natural` Light Lamps Are Being Offered by Nationwide Marketing Group, the Nation`s Largest Buying Group Of Independent Appliance, Electronics and Furniture Dealers

Tue Oct 27, 2009 9:00am EDT
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. ("ClearLite") (OTCBB:CLRH), a leading innovator of
eco-friendly lighting and the appreciably safer ArmorLite A Safer CFL, today
announced that ClearLite has become an official lighting supplier of the
Nationwide Marketing Group, the largest buying group of independent appliance,
electronics and furniture dealers in the United States.

Senior Vice President for Electronics Marketing of Nationwide Mike Decker said,
"We are avid supporters of Energy Star qualified products and are very excited
about ClearLite and its line of Natural Light, Energy Star Qualified CFLs. We
look forward to working closely with Tom and his people, helping make this a
better, greener world."

"By becoming an official lighting supplier of the Nationwide Marketing Group,
ClearLite reaches its 3,000 members that use the network to buy high quality
merchandise they can sell at competitive prices around the United States, and
Canada," said Thomas Irvine, president and CEO of ClearLite.

ClearLite`s lamps and fixtures feature a variety of earth-friendly Energy Star
Qualified Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) bulbs, all of which have the same
energy saving features of conventional CFLs, yet are free of liquid mercury;
instead they use Amalgam, an alloy of mercury combined with other metals in a
solid form, and are made to RoHS standards (Reduction of Hazardous substances),
helping provide a safer alternative for households and the environment.

"ClearLite`s Energy Star Qualified, eco-friendly CFLs that help provide a clear,
natural light, are sure to be a sought-after product through Nationwide
Marketing Group`s extensive network of store fronts," Irvine added.

With more than 3,000 members operating some 8,000 storefronts and $12 billion in
combined annual sales, Nationwide Marketing Group is the country's largest
organization of its type. While many groups define themselves as "buying
groups," Nationwide considers itself a "selling and marketing" organization. Its
members benefit from an unmatched array of pricing, programs and services
designed to help reduce costs, increase sales and drive additional footprints
into their stores.
