Bayh Said That While "Barack Is A Great Guy," The Question Is Who Is
"Experienced Enough, Smart Enough, Tough Enough" To Implement Their Foreign
Policy. Bayh: "The question is, who is experienced enough, smart enough, tough
enough to actually implement those plans? And I just think, look, Barack is a
great guy; he's got a lot of strengths. But I find that her [Clinton]
seasoning, deep experience, familiarity with these issues, gives us a better
chance of getting the job done." (Evan Bayh, Transcript: "Evan Bayh On Hillary
Clinton's Foreign Policy Experience," National Journal, 3/21/08)

Bayh: "Well, it's an argument that John McCain can make. He's got great
experience, she [Clinton] has experience -- they both probably have more than
Senator Obama." (Evan Bayh, Transcript: "Evan Bayh On Hillary Clinton's
Foreign Policy Experience," National Journal, 3/21/08)
