SB Architects Announces Key Promotions

SAN FRANCISCO, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- As SB Architects approaches 50 years of
design practice, the firm is pleased to announce the promotion of seven key
staff.  These members of the SB Architects team contribute a balance of
talents and passions to the firm's San Francisco and Miami offices, and
illustrate the firm's commitment to expanding its leadership from within.  

In San Francisco, David Louie, AIA, has been promoted to vice president and
Jessica Sager has been promoted to senior associate, while Mike Kehl, LEED AP
and Erica Gilmore have been appointed associates. In Miami, John Orgren, Elias
Kawass, AIA, and Giovanni Medina Marenco, LEED AP have been named associates.

With 15 years of experience, David Louie contributes to the firm a wealth of
experience in the design and management of large, multi-faceted resort and
multifamily residential projects, leading the design teams for some of the
firm's most high-profile projects. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of
Design with dual degrees in architecture and fine arts, Jessica has brought a
progressive sense of design and high degree of creativity to the team in her
five years with SB Architects. Erica Gilmore has brought unflagging energy and
positive attitude to project teams ranging from island resorts to large, urban
mixed-use developments.

In Miami, Elias Kawass was instrumental in the successful design and delivery
of the firm's new Coral Gables office and has worked on the design teams for
resorts in the Caribbean and Egypt. Giovanni Marenco has translated his
extensive travel experiences into unique, inspiring design solutions, and
consistently impresses the firm's clients with his quick response and creative
design solutions. John Orgren has brought a high level of expertise to the
firm's boutique hotel projects, spearheading the renovation and expansion of a
number of properties.

SB Architects has built a long-standing reputation for excellence in the
planning and design of large-scale multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotel,
resort and vacation ownership projects.  The firm's portfolio includes
projects throughout the United States, in Mexico, South America, the
