Chief executive officer contributes to discussion on ACH risk
management

Waidhofer, chief executive officer, will be speaking in a panel
entitled "The Changing Landscape of ACH Risk Management" at the 2008
BAI TransPay Conference and Expo.
The moderator of the panel is Terri Pelle Sands, managing director
of Payments Information Circle. Joining Waidhofer are fellow panelists
Chris Olson, chief operating officer of Fremont Bank; and Liz Milor,
bank information technology analyst at Office of the Comptroller of
the Currency.

The 2008 BAI TransPay Conference and Expo takes place February
