"Luke's Parental Advisory," on VH1.
The much-anticipated series will follow Mr. Campbell as he juggles being a
dad to two teenagers, while running his publicly traded company, Luke
Entertainment Group, as well as planning a wedding with his fiancee. The
show will launch in the summer of 2008, coinciding with Luke Entertainment
Group's
major marketing campaigns that will create awareness of the Company's main

music releases.

syndicated program, with the intention of driving traffic to its
