EMRISE Postpones 2009 Third Quarter Results News Release and Conference Call

Company Anticipates Filing its 10-Q by the Statutory Deadline of Monday,
November 16th
EATONTOWN, N.J.--(Business Wire)--
EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense
and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, today announced
that the release of its results and the conference call for the third quarter
and nine months ended September 30, 2009, which were originally scheduled for
Wednesday, November 11, 2009, have been postponed in order to allow the Company
more time to finalize its third quarter financial results. The Company
anticipates filing its 10-Q by the statutory deadline of Monday, November 16th.
The Company will announce in advance the new date and time of the news release
and conference call.
