Ceapro Expands Certified-Organic(TM) Line Signing Two Specialist US Distributors

  EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA, Jan 16 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Ceapro Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CZO) has signed two US distribution agreements
for  its certified-organic(TM) lines, with KAH Specialty Products of New
Jersey and Harris & Ford in the Midwest. Both are specialists in the
growing organic natural ingredients sector (1).These signings build on
the recently announced European distribution agreement with Laserson S.A.
in France.

    Said Mark Redmond, President and CEO of Ceapro, "Our focus is on
expanding the markets for Ceapro's ingredients by geography and market
sector to include the organic personal care markets and pharmaceutical
clients. These are important new partners for Ceapro, granting access to
markets and customers complimentary to those served by our existing
distribution network."

    Ceapro's commitment to natural ingredients is comprehensive; products are
derived from plants grown under recognized organic farming methods and
are officially certified as organic. Ceapro's manufacturing facility has
organic certification allowing for certified organic plants to be
processed. Manufacturing uses solvents and chemicals certified as GRAS

help reduce water waste and emissions
