COLLISION:

WHO & WHAT: Making its theatrical premiere, the new documentary COLLISION pits leading atheist, political journalist and author Christopher Hitchens ("God Is Not Great: How Religion
Poisons Everything") against fellow author and evangelical theologian Pastor Douglas Wilson on a debate tour arguing the topic "Is Religion Good For The World?" Lives and
worldviews collide as Hitchens and Wilson wittily and passionately argue the timeless question, proving to be perfectly matched intellectual, philosophical, and cinematic

COLLISION is directed by prolific independent filmmaker Darren Doane (Morrison's: To Be Born Again, The Battle For L.A., Godmoney).

BACKGROUND: Hitchens and Wilson first began to argue about the true impact of Christianity in a series of written conversations published in Christianity Today starting in May 2007.
Filmmaker Darren Doane accompanied the brilliant atheist and apologist as they traveled along the East Coast of the U.S. to promote "Is Christianity Good for the World,"
the book that compiles their exchanges.

Sparks flew between the two rivals, but what the camera also unexpectedly caught was the respectful bond the new friends/foes built through the course of their book tour.
In fact, the two agreed on a great many things - except the existence of God.
