GGV Capital Adds Two Operating Executives to Global Team

GGV Partner Jeff Richards Brings Deep IT Services Expertise; GGV Venture
Partner Jia Fen Wang Adds Strength in Consumer Growth Sector

MENLO PARK, Calif. and SHANGHAI, China, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- GGV Capital,
a leader in expansion-stage venture capital investments in the U.S. and China,
announced today that it has added two operating executives to its investment
team, expanding the breadth and scope of the firm's industry expertise.
Jeff Richards, most recently vice president of Digital Content Services at
VeriSign, Inc., joins GGV as a partner and will be based in the Menlo Park
office. Jia Fen Wang, chairperson of Bright Dairy & Food Company in China,
joins GGV as a venture partner. Mr. Richards and Ms. Wang will play strategic
roles in investing and building GGV Capital's portfolio, adding to the team's
expertise in information technology and consumer growth.

Jeff Richards brings more than a decade of experience as a successful
executive in the technology industry. Prior to his most recent position at
VeriSign, he was CEO of RFID services provider R4 Global Solutions, which was
acquired by VeriSign. Before R4, he was a co-founder and an executive at
QuantumShift, a telecom technology and services business. Mr. Richards also
was a management consultant in the U.S. and Asia with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
and held advisory positions with various venture capital firms.
    Jia Fen Wang has more than four decades of operational and management
experience in China's agricultural and consumer products sectors. Prior to her
current role as chairperson of Bright Dairy & Food Company, Ms. Wang served as
both president and chairperson of the firm for more than 10 years. Before
then, she was chairperson and general manager of the Shanghai Dairy Group. She
also has held executive positions in the China Dairy Industry Association,
Dairy Association of Shanghai, and China Food Industry Association.
