IMS Experts-Conseils Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IMS) ("IMS"). Mr. Andre
Tousignant, President and Chief Executive Officer announced that, IMS
Experts-Conseils Inc., a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm,
the status of the non-issuance report remained unchanged in relation to
the January 4, 2008 non-issuance of its financial statements notice. IMS
indicated in this non-issuance notice that it did not meet the prescribed
date of December 29, 2007 relative to the issuance of its financial
statements and its management report yet to be issued to the regulatory
authorities for the financial period terminated August 31, 2007.
According to the report regarding the status of the non-issuance notice,
the firm indicated that there were no developments or important changes
with respect to the information released in the non-issuance notice
published by IMS January 4, 2008 (non-issuance notice). IMS indicates
that it did not commit a breach regarding the accomplishment of its
intentions declared in the non-issuance notice. The firm intends to
respect the conditions of the Canadian Securities Administrators notice
number 57-301, until it has complied in remedying this default.
