Sunglass Hut Launches Its Enhanced E-Commerce Site

SUNGLASS HUT'S NEW SITE ALLOWS EXCLUSIVE ONLINE FEATURES, ACCESS TO DESIGNER
BRANDS, AND CONVENIENCE FOR SHOPPERS

NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- After reinventing its store concept with a
complete design overhaul from the brand logo to the interior look and vibe of
its stores, Sunglass Hut propels this concept to a higher level by launching
an enhanced e-commerce online shopping experience. Sunglass Hut carries over
twenty-five sunglass lines including Burberry, Bvlgari, Dolce & Gabbana,
Oakley, Prada, Ray-Ban, Tiffany & Co, and Versace. The new e-commerce site
was designed to offer consumers an opportunity to peruse these popular brands
as well as discover styles and brands local stores may not carry. Shoppers
can find the right pair of shades for their look, buy them online, and enjoy
free shipping by visiting www.sunglasshut.com.

"Sunglass Hut is the leading, trusted source for premium sunglasses with a
focus on style and innovation. SunglassHut.com is a natural evolution of our
proven retail network and provides our discerning consumers with a new
opportunity to find the brands they desire from a reliable and valued source.
This is an important business venture for the Sunglass Hut brand. We're
changing the way people buy sunglasses and invested in making the website
best-in-class; not just for sunglasses and accessories, but in terms of
service, offering online tools and features that will resonate with users and
surpass other e-commerce sites," said Jack Krause, Sr. Vice President and
General Manager, Sunglass Hut North America.

Starting today and in time for the holiday season, consumers can visit the
website and access the "StyleFile," carefully edited sunglass collections that
focus on top brands, the latest trends and current styles recommended by
Sunglass Hut. This area can also be customized to create a wish list,
"myStyleFile," that can be shared with friends and family for easy, one-click
shopping. The enhanced site also boasts areas that provide visitors with
detailed information on UVA protection, polarization, and finding the best
sunglass shape for your face.

Torn between a classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer or a trendy shield from Dolce &
Gabbana? SunglassHut.com features a unique twist on a "Face Shape"
recommender. In "Faces & Style," instead of asking people to determine what
shape their face is (i.e. Circle, Heart, Square or Triangle) and suggesting
frames for that face shape, the site takes a more sophisticated approach.
Eight models have been selected to represent various face types, genders and
ethnicities. There are eight varying frame styles that represent different
frame "archetypes," allowing the customer to mix and match all of the frames.
Shoppers will be able to rate the look, know what the model thinks of each
style, and see why Sunglass Hut believes the "best look" works for each model.

"After researching the branded e-commerce industry, we were able to
distinguish our web site from others while offering similar services customers
can find in our stores," says Krause. "Sunglass Hut customers can be assured
we will keep them informed about the sunglass trends, each brand's essence and
attributes, and we will be available to help each customer find the right pair
of sunglasses for their look online as well as in one our 1600 stores."

To ensure that everyone feels comfortable with buying sunglasses online or
giving them as gifts, Sunglass Hut also allows customers to return online
purchases for a new pair of shades or a full refund for 90 days from purchase.
In addition, online shoppers can take their sunglasses to a Sunglass Hut
store for free adjustments and cleanings. The new enhanced site just gives
consumers another reason to shop at Sunglass Hut for designer shades
throughout the seasons.
