of Fitness Formulas earned $291,845 in May revenues derived from over
$583,690 of consumer purchases from its retailers. This represents a
46% increase over the April results.

   Stemulite(TM) Fitness Formula for Men and Stemulite(TM) Fitness
Formula for Women are "Quality of Life" (QOL) products that are
non-synthetic nutraceuticals to support and enhance immunity, sleep,
energy, muscle recovery, muscle development, and weight management.

   A "Google" search indicates that Metabolic's Stemulite(TM) brand
is now present on sixteen thousand websites.
