Western Refining Selects KSS Fuels Pricing Management System

PriceNet, PriceNet Mobile, and KSS Visualizer Enhance the Pricing
                           Decision Process

Western Refining, Inc., the nation's fourth largest publicly traded
independent oil refiner, has selected PriceNet, PriceNet Mobile, and
KSS Visualizer to help improve and simplify the fuel pricing process
for its 150-plus convenience stores across New Mexico, Arizona and
Colorado.

   PriceNet is an end-to-end pricing solution supporting the key
tasks and stakeholders involved in retail fuels pricing, including

   KSS Visualizer is a Web-based data visualization tool intended to
