NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
GLC Custom Publishing receives two SNAP EXCEL Awards. A Gold Award was received
in the category of Most Improved Newsletters for the American Insurance
Association`s member publication, Advocate. Also received was a Silver Award in
the category of Most Improved Magazines of 50,000 Copies or Fewer for University
of Michigan-Dearborn`s alumni magazine, Legacy.
"This was the first year that we entered the SNAP EXCEL Award Program and we
were rewarded for our work. GLC took both publications through a complete
re-positioning, re-platforming and re-design. We are pleased that our clients`
publications were recognized for our combined efforts," says John Cimba,
President and CEO of GLC.
The 29th EXCEL Award Program is sponsored by the Society of National Association
Publications (SNAP). EXCEL Award Winners are recognized as the best and the

associations, were selected from nearly 1,000 entries. Winners were chosen for
taking bold chances in editorial, design, advertising and marketing, online
