                                 (the "Issuer")





U.S.$8,250,000 Mandatorily Redeemable Preference Shares

(the "Preference Shares")



The Directors of the Issuer wish to announce that the listing of the Preference
Shares, which are currently admitted to the Irish Stock Exchange's Official List
and to trading on its regulated market, is being moved to the Alternative
Securities Market (the "ASM").  Accordingly, with immediate effect, the
Preference Shares will cease to be admitted to trading on the regulated market
but will instead be admitted to trading on the ASM.
