NEEDHAM, MA, Nov 06 (MARKET WIRE) --
RW Interiors, a leading interior design firm based in Needham,
Massachusetts, is pleased to announce they are the recipient of the First
Annual International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA) New
England Designer Showcase and Recognition Award in the category of "Best
Bedroom."

Sponsored by IFDA and Design New England Magazine, the 1st Annual IFDA
Designer Showcase Awards celebrates exceptional interior design by an
individual or firm and was held on October 29th at the Boston Design
Center.

The judging panel for the competition included Estelle Bond Guralnick,
contributing editor Design New England and Traditional Home; Nancy
Hackett, co-director Interior Design Program at New England School of Art
+ Design, Suffolk University; Peter Wheeler, president Sara Campbell
Ltd.; and Gail Ravgiala, editor of Design New England.

The judges commented on RW Interiors' winning bedroom entry noting "...
the space is designed for a bachelor, yet the pattern on pattern approach
to the textiles gives the room an inviting warmth, the unexpected use of
color on the ceiling helps to keep the look soft and enveloping."

"My IFDA colleagues entered some beautiful projects so I'm honored to have
my work chosen for a Designer Showcase award, it's very exciting," noted
Rebecca Wilson, owner RW Interiors.
