Watts Partners Expands Service Offerings With New Hire

WASHINGTON, Dec. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Watts Partners, a Government and
Corporate Affairs firm, today announced that Holly Pitt Young has joined the
firm as Partner. Holly will be responsible for building advocacy programs,
fundraising for Political Action Committees and non-profit organizations,
government relations strategies, and media relations.
    "Holly has a proven track record of successfully working with large
corporations and trade associations to enhance their government relations
strategies. She brings years of fundraising and consulting experience to our
company and will be a tremendous asset to our consulting firm and to our
clients," said J.C. Watts, Jr., Chairman of the J.C. Watts Companies.
    Recently, Young served as Senior Vice President at Democracy Data &
Communications where she created the company's Political Involvement Practice.
During her tenure, she worked with corporations, trade associations, and
non-profit organizations to develop effective PAC fundraising strategies and
grassroots mobilization programs.
    Previously, Young served as the legislative adviser and PAC director for
Winston & Strawn LLP. She also served as Manager, Government Relations for
Corning Incorporated. Young started her career working on Capitol Hill for
Representatives Charles Taylor of North Carolina and Doc Hastings of
Washington. Young holds a BA in Political Science from Campbell University and
attended graduate school at Regent University.
