Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Release Conference Call on November 13th

release third quarter earnings results after the market closes on November 12,
2009. Axcess` management will conduct a conference call on Friday, November 13,
2009, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss the financial and operating
performance for the reporting period.
