Hirschfeld Properties, LLC Announces Its Lease With Fred Astaire Dance Studios

NEW YORK, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Elie Hirschfeld of Hirschfeld Properties, LLC
announces their lease partnership with Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Located at
328 East 61st Street, the 3,000 square foot property was built to include a
new, state-of-the-art wood dance floor built over foam construction to cushion
impact for dancers and buffer sound below. For the past 60 years, the studio,
which is part of an International Franchise based on the original teaching
methods of Fred Astaire, has instructed patrons in a variety of ballroom
styles including the Cha-cha, Fox Trot, Mambo, Waltz, Rumba, Tango, Merengue,
Samba, Quickstep, Swing and many more.
