Medco to Present at November 2009 Investor Conferences

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Executives for Medco
Health Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MHS) are scheduled to present at the following
investor conferences:

Timothy Wentworth, Medco's group president for employer accounts, will address
the Oppenheimer 20th Annual Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, November 4,
2009 at 2:10 p.m. ET at The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York;

David B. Snow Jr., Medco chairman and CEO, will address the Lazard Capital
Markets 6th Annual Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at
10:25 a.m. ET at The St. Regis Hotel in New York.

Richard J. Rubino, chief financial officer, is also scheduled to attend these
conferences.

In addition, Dr. Robert S. Epstein, Medco's chief medical officer, will
address the 2nd Annual Sanford C. Bernstein Biosimilars Conference on
Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. ET at the AllianceBernstein
Headquarters in New York.

These presentations may be heard live via a simulcast link and the
