Datacap and FileVision LLC Form Strategic Alliance

Tue Nov 3, 2009 11:30am EST
Will Offer Integrated Capture, ECM and BPM Solutions

PARRYTOWN, N.Y. and ATLANTA, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Datacap and FileVision LLC
announced today that they have formed a strategic partnership to market their
respective flagship complementary software solutions. The combination of
FileVision's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and integrated Business
Process Automation/Management (BPA/M) solutions and Datacap's advanced
document capture solutions creates a powerful framework for automating
document driven business processes for any size organization.

Datacap's Taskmaster capture platform not only provides for the scanning and
indexing of document images directly into the FileVision content management
software, but it will also automatically capture data from documents to
eliminate manual data entry. FileVision's unique knowledge management tools
store the data and build relationships to the documents and data. All
information captured with Datacap Taskmaster can then be subject to
FileVision's Business Process Automation engine, providing the organization
with comprehensive, business rules-based automation from start to finish.

Dave Jones, FileVision CEO, stated, "Our focus has always been on providing
automation tools for transactional content and advanced workflow solutions.
Datacap products fit perfectly. The synergy between our products will give us
the ability to expand our offering to provide our customers with a greater
level of automated capture solutions for high volume document process
automation. Datacap not only provides industry leading capture technology, but
more importantly to us, is an outstanding partner."

"We welcome FileVision to the Datacap Partner Program," says Datacap CEO Scott
Blau. "FileVision brings more than 10 years of experience providing ECM
solutions to government and global 1000 customers. We look forward to working
with FileVision in expanding our joint international presence."
