UCI Holdco, Inc. Announces Extension of Notes Exchange Offer

EVANSVILLE, Ind.--(Business Wire)--UCI Holdco, Inc. announced today that it has extended the
expiration date of its offer to exchange up to $265,200,000 in
aggregate principal amount of its registered Floating Rate Senior PIK
Notes due 2013 for its outstanding unregistered Floating Rate Senior
PIK Notes due 2013.

   The exchange offer was originally scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m.
(Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, December 13, 2007 and UCI Holdco,
Inc. previously extended the expiration date of the exchange offer to
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday, December 20, 2007 and
then to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, December 21,
2007. The exchange offer will now expire at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern
Standard Time) on Thursday, January 3, 2008. As of the close of
business on December 21, 2007, approximately $265,191,080 in aggregate
principal amount of UCI Holdco Inc.'s outstanding unregistered
Floating Rate Senior PIK Notes due 2013 had been tendered to the
exchange agent by the holders thereof.
