HDNet to Air DREAM 1 and DREAM 2 MMA Events This Weekend

    WHAT:  HDNet Fights, in partnership with FEG, USA, Inc. and Dream Stage
           Entertainment will air six DREAM Mixed Martial Arts events on
           HDNet.

           This long-anticipated partnership makes HDNet the exclusive
           destination in North America for passionate MMA fans who can't wait
           to see these events on television.

           The first two events, DREAM 1 and DREAM 2 will air this weekend on
           HDNet on a taped delay basis.

           "HDNet Presents:  DREAM 3" is set to air LIVE on the network on
           Sunday, May 11 at 3:30 a.m. ET.

           Times and dates for the three remaining DREAM events will be
           announced at a later date.

    WHEN:  "HDNet Fights Presents:  DREAM 1" will air on HDNet on Friday,
           May 2 at 10:30 p.m. ET.  "HDNet Fights Presents:  DREAM 2" will air
           on HDNet on Saturday, May 3 at 10:30 p.m. ET.
