Firstrust Names Margaret H. Leimkuhler Chief Operating Officer

PHILADELPHIA--(Business Wire)--
Richard J. Green,Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Firstrust, today
announced Margaret (Peggy) H. Leimkuhler has been appointed Chief Operating
Officer effective October 22, 2009. Ms. Leimkuhler is a proven financial
services executive with more than twenty years banking experience and expertise
in the areas of Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources. For the
past four years, Leimkuhler served as Firstrust`s Chief Administrative Officer.

four short years with Firstrust, Peggy has distinguished herself by streamlining
our operations and infrastructure." 

In her new role, she will continue to report to Timothy J. Abell, President of
Firstrust.

strong business acumen, comprehensive understanding of the regulatory

Leimkuhler serves as a member of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia,
Philadelphia Reads and acts as mentor to students enrolled in Villanova`s School
of Business, Master of Science in Finance program. 

Prior to joining Firstrust, Ms. Leimkuhler served as Chief Administrative
Officer at First Financial Bank in Chester County. 

Ms. Leimkuhler received an Executive Masters in Business Administration from
Villanova University and conducted her undergraduate work at Temple University.
She resides with her family in Paoli, Pennsylvania.
