Mayor Ron Dellums Welcomes Return of ``In Session Real Estate TV Show''

Thu Jan 10, 2008 7:48pm EST
OAKLAND, Calif.--(Business Wire)--'Home sales are down,' and 'the country is experiencing a
sub-prime loan crisis,' and amid such headlines, Kenneth Session felt
it was prime time to re-launch the "In Session Real Estate TV Show."
The first show aired, January 5th as Kenneth Session, real estate
broker and owner of Session Real Estate hosted the live call-show on
VJTV Visual Radio Network/Channel 78.

"Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial
decisions any individual or couple will make in their lifetime. The
return of Kenneth Sessions' "In Session Real Estate Show" will not go
unnoticed by members of our community who desire the essential tools
and insight to become well-informed home-buyers," said Oakland Mayor
Ron Dellums.

"The questions that poured in have set the stage for a series on
foreclosure. We will go over the Foreclosure Process; Short Sales;
What to Expect if Your Home Goes into Foreclosure; How to Protect Your
Home; How to Buy a Foreclosure and a wide range of scenarios called in
by viewers for upcoming shows," said Kenneth Session.

"There is a hunger for good news as people's dreams of owning a
home are battered," said Session. The "In Session Real Estate Show"
aired previously on a local Oakland channel for five years with a
large community following.

Session, a Navy veteran who served on the U.S.S. Enterprise and
grew up in South Central Los Angeles, says the show will also cover
community issues.

"It will be good to have a local show that deals with the
complexities of the Bay Area and how to invest in a home and build
wealth," said C. Diane Howell, PhD, publisher and founder of Black
Business Listings and producer of the Bay Area's Black Expo 2008.

Television networks, CNN, ABC, and NBC have sought out Session's
expertise. Session has served as President of the California
Association of Real Estate Brokers. He built his company on providing
real estate sales and loans, first time homebuyer programs, moderate
to low income buyer information, and real estate agent training.

"In Session Real Estate TV Show" airs 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturdays
on VJTV Visual Radio Network/Channel 78, founded by James C.
Earl-Rockefeller, III. Viewers can call 510-635-VJTV (8588) or email
ksession@sessionrealestate.com with questions.
