VaultStreet Launches Secure Web-based Financial Record Keeping System for Consumers, Tax Preparers, Institutions

Online document management system collects, organizes, manages and
shares financial documents via secure online repository
SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
VaultStreet, a sophisticated web-based tool that enables consumers
to manage, organize and share financial documents collected from
multiple sources launched today nationwide. VaultStreet, available now
in a full-featured beta version at www.VaultStreet.com, is the
flagship offering of Santa Monica-based online services provider
Docuthentic, LLC.

VaultStreet offers a secure online repository for financial
documents that can automatically collect and organize monthly
statements, utility bills, brokerage trade confirmations and quarterly
statements from a variety of sources - online brokers, banks or
utilities and more. VaultStreet's extensive encryption and
authentication enables consumers to share these documents securely
with trusted financial advisors, as well as providing 24/7 access for
a quick fiscal fact check and preparation for tax filing, loan
applications and other credit financing events.

In addition to the consumer version of the service, available at
www.VaultStreet.com, VaultStreet is available as a white-label service
for financial institutions and financial service providers. With
VaultStreet, financial institutions can offer customers services and
tools that streamline record keeping and reduce the effort and cost
associated with acquiring financial documents from multiple web sites.
Financial professionals and organizations interested in offering the
service to their clients, including CPAs, financial planners and
larger institutions, can learn more by contacting
partners@vaultstreet.com.

VaultStreet supports the collection of documents from leading
online brokerages, including Charles Schwab, E*Trade, Fidelity
Investments and Scottrade - which cover more than 90 percent of the US
online brokerage market - as well as leading banking institutions,
including Bank of America, Citibank, City National Bank, ING Direct,
US Bank, Wachovia, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo, which serve 75
percent of all bank account holders nationwide. VaultStreet also
supports document collection from utilities including Verizon
Telephone and Verizon Broadband, and will add additional institutions
in the future.

"Americans are awash in an endless paper stream of financial
documents that arrive in the daily mail from their banks, utilities
and brokerages. While many institutions have encouraged their
customers to 'go paperless' this has not really addressed the core
issue for most households. What they need is an easy-to-use 'virtual
filing cabinet' that automatically collects and organizes their
financial documents," said Carter Kirkwood, CEO and founder of
Docuthentic, LLC and creator of VaultStreet. "The idea for VaultStreet
came from my dislike of the tedious chore of opening envelopes and
filing away my financial papers."

The VaultStreet launch follows a successful invitation-only beta
program conducted in California. Free 60-day trials are available at
www.vaultstreet.com.
