Statement From Pacificor, LLC Regarding Plane Disappearance in Panama

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacificor, LLC, a Santa
Barbara, Calif. based firm, has issued the following statement regarding the
disappearance of a small plane carrying Michael Klein:
    "It is our current knowledge that news reports regarding a plane crash in
Panama involving Michael Klein could be inaccurate or premature. We are
attempting to gather more information and we will issue statements as facts
become clear. We are hoping for the best and thank you for your patience,"
