NovaMed Announces Third Quarter 2009 Conference Call

NovaMed, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVA) announced today that it will host a conference call
on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its results
for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Third quarter financial results
are currently scheduled to be released at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 29,
2009. 

All interested parties can join the call by dialing (866) 202-4367 or (617)
213-8845 for international callers. Please dial in 10 minutes prior to the call
to secure a line and use the passcode NOVAMED Q3 EARNINGS. A live audio webcast
of the call will be available on the Company`s website at www.novamed.com or at

The conference call will be archived for replay until November 29, 2009. To
