"Every year we identify a major partner that, like our show and
CW, appeals to the same young demographic that we have in common,"
says "One Tree Hill" executive producer Joe Davola. "This year we are
proud that Macy's has come on board and embraced our total fan
experience. With the unprecedented response to the fast-forwards on
cwtv.com, all indications are that this will be our most successful
marketing/integration relationship," says Davola.

"Macy's is the fashion destination for millions of 'One Tree Hill'
fans around the country," said Peter Sachse, president, Macy's
Corporate Marketing. "The show is an undeniable hit with a large
following and a lot of momentum, and we offer the stage for a true fan
experience in an interactive format that blurs the boundaries of
fashion, media and pop culture. The casting call events and celebrity
appearances are sure to draw crowds and excitement to our stores, and
we are delighted to partner with 'One Tree Hill' to offer our
customers this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

ONE TREE HILL's fifth season will be unprecedented when the show
leaps forward four years. Season four ended as the young characters
graduated high school and season five begins post-college, four years
later. Fans are able to get a sneak peek at what their favorite
characters have been up to by visiting www.cwtv.com/fastforward, which
offers cast/producer commentary and exclusive clips of the new season.
The fast-forward series has been viewed over two million times since
it launched on November 5, 2007.

ONE TREE HILL, which airs on Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET), has
often offered its fans unique opportunities to interact with its
characters and their storylines outside of traditional television
viewing, including the "One Tree Hill Concert Tour" in 2005 and "Road
Trip to Honey Grove, Texas" in 2007. The series was created by Mark
Schwahn and is executive produced by Schwahn, Joe Davola, Greg Prange,
Mike Tollin and Brian Robbins. ONE TREE HILL is a Tollin/Robbins
Production in association with Warner Bros. Television.
