Fresh Dining Launches First-Ever Program Designed to Facilitate Healthy Weight Loss and Promote Maximum Fitness for New Moms

--"Fresh Mommy" Redefines Domestic Life for New Parents--
LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--Fresh Dining, Southern California's leading daily purveyor of
healthy, calorie-controlled, gourmet meals has teamed with Blue Clay
Fitness to offer a landmark program designed to restore new mothers
back to their ideal fitness levels. The Fresh Mommy program, which
combines an organic gourmet meal delivery program with world class
fitness training and a broad spectrum of enhancements such as yoga,
spa treatments, and personal assistance, launches January 1, 2008.

Fresh Mommy delivers a comprehensive program of services to new
mothers, at precisely the time they need it most; during pregnancy and
after childbirth. As the program's tagline suggests, new moms will
"Restore, Reclaim, Rejoice!" after enrolling in the 30 day program,
which offers three in-home health and wellness packages at the
Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. Perfectly attuned to clients'
pre/post natal needs, each program is designed to increase energy
levels, decrease irritability, sharpen mental alertness, increase
muscle recovery, improve cholesterol levels, aid in hormone balance,
increase milk production, lower insulin levels, and lose body fat.

"Fresh Mommy is the first program of its kind designed not only
for new or expecting mothers, but for any woman who has young children
and wants to return to the healthy lifestyle they once lead," said
Todd DeMann, Fresh Dining CEO and founder of the Fresh Mommy program.
"It provides moms an opportunity to immerse themselves in a holistic
approach to supreme health, while juggling the many responsibilities
of motherhood."

Fresh Mommy includes 30 daily deliveries of six, all-natural
organic meals directly to the clients' doorsteps. All meals are
balanced to offer nutritional value for women who are either pregnant
or breast feeding and seeking to maximize their fitness level in a
healthy way. Also included in the meal component of the program are 30
sympathy dinners and desserts for Dad, free of charge.

The personal training program, developed by pre/post natal fitness
expert Heather Clay of Blue Clay Fitness, is designed to erase the
changes that pregnancy bring to a mother's body. Combining cardio
training, weight resistance, stretching and core stability, all
fitness training is safe, effective and done in the privacy of the
clients home following a fitness evaluation and upon doctor's consent.

Additionally, to make each Fresh Mommy's first few months of
motherhood easier, clients will receive a deluxe gift basket of
organic and eco-friendly products and services from the programs
various partners, which include chiropractors; acupuncturists; post
partum counselors; personal shoppers; yoga instructors; celebrity hair
stylists; dog walkers; organic baby apparel designers; and many
others. Each client will also receive a Fresh Mommy Access Card, which
provides access to the all of the above-referenced services and much
more. The access card will come with credits that correspond with the
client's package of choice.

"The emphasis on individual needs is central to the Fresh Mommy
program," added DeMann. "Every mother's experience is different. We
recognize and honor those differences by allowing our moms to
customize the Fresh Dining services to their needs. Fresh Mommy even
presents meal options for diabetic moms."

In addition to the core components of the program, each client
will be appointed a professional concierge who will provide personal,
white glove service, and assist in coordinating the gourmet meal
deliveries, fitness program and all other benefits included in the
Fresh Mommy program.
