gains of over 14% or $2.58 upon the release of their fourth quarter results,
revealing net signed contracts of approximately 765 units and $430.8 million
rose 42% in units and 62% in dollars compared to same quarter last year. Toll
Brothers is also involved, directly and through joint ventures, in projects
where it is building, or converting existing rental apartment buildings into
high to mid and low-rise luxury homes. 

Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSX: GBU), $2.97, +$0.34, 12.93%, is a Canadian based
resource company with its main commitment to responsible mining and sustainable
development in the communities which it operates. Presently, the company is
engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Romania,
with it current focus on the development of the 80% owned Rosia Montana gold
project. Gabriel Resources is making gains today, as the company announced that
it has entered into a subscription agreement for a private placement of 30
million Units with BSG Capital Markets PCC Limited, which is part of the Beny
Steinmetz Group, scheduled to close December 23, 2009. The subscription price is
$2.25 per Unit for proceeds of $67.5 million. 

Lowe`s Companies Inc. (NYSE: LOW), $21.21, +$0.20, 0.95%, is a home improvement
retailer, actively trading this morning with 8.4 million shares traded so far.
In conjunction with its third quarter 2009 press release, Lowe`s will hold a
conference call on November 16, 2009. Lowe`s fiscal year 2008 sales were $48.2
billion. It is a Fortune 50 company that serves approximately 14 million
customers a week at more than 1,675 home improvement stores in North America. 

Green Energy Live Inc. (NASADQ: GELV), $0.03, +$0.006, 25%, is a company with
its main focus on conducting business in the emerging waste/biomass-to-ethanol
industry. Green Energy plans to convert biomass wastes into ethanol and other
valuable co-products using proprietary patented gasification and conversion
technology. The company is making gains today with over 1.5 million shares
traded, compared to yesterday`s close of 357,000 on news that a new research
report by Grass Roots Research and Distribution Inc., a leading independent
research firm, recommending GELV as a "BUY" with a long term price target of
$0.41. 

Liberty Acquisition Holdings Inc. (AMEX: LIA), $9.46, +$0.03, 0.32%, 8%, is
making gains today with over 2.6 million shares traded so far, compared to
yesterday`s close of 2.2 million, on no news. Liberty Acquisition is a
development stage, special purpose acquisition company, formed in 2007, with its
plan to complete business combinations with one or more operating businesses,
not restricted to a particular industry. The company acquires these businesses
through mergers, stock exchanges, asset acquisitions or other similar business
combinations.
