Mobile Mandate Advances Mobile Electronic Communication Compliance Market with
Launch of Standards-based Solution for SMS and Text Message Monitoring
Mobile Mandate Provides an Enterprise-Ready Solution to Address New Mobile
Employee Supervision and Compliance Requirements for the Global Financial
Services Industry

DAYTON, N.J., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobile Mandate, an emerging mobile
electronic communication compliance solution, today announced a new electronic
communication monitoring system for mobile devices. The Mobile Mandate 2.0
Services Suite includes enterprise-ready compliance solutions for large and
small workforces that send SMS and Text messages using a RIM BlackBerry® or
Microsoft® Windows Mobile Smartphone.

Mobile Mandate is a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) solution that provides
corporations with capabilities to log, archive, review, extract, and supervise
electronic communication on mobile devices including text messages, pin to
pin, and BlackBerry Messenger. Further, text messages can be identified,
collected, preserved, and exported via EDRM-compliant XML to support the
e-discovery workflow and meet mobile e-discovery requirements as defined by
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).

Industry legal and regulatory requirements now require companies to archive
all mobile communications including SMS and text messages. Many companies have
chosen to meet these requirements by blocking functionality and reducing the
overall effectiveness of the mobile device. Mobile Mandate enables companies
to deploy a solution that enforces company policy, meets industry regulations
(such as SEC 17a-4, MiFID and NASD 3010 ) and retains the full functionality
of their mobility investment. As a result, Mobile Mandate 2.0 enables
corporations to increase the effectiveness of their mobile workforce, improve
user satisfaction, and drive mobile communications for collaboration and
business continuity.

"Many corporations have invested in technologies to meet regulatory
requirements for email and instant messaging, but few have a solution for
monitoring SMS and text messages," said Melissa Atzori, Executive Vice
President of Product Development for Mobile Mandate "As a result, regulated
companies are forced to disable messaging. Mobile Mandate unleashes the power
of SMS and text messaging, but in a safe and regulatory compliant way."

Key features for companies running Mobile Mandate:
-- Effective Message Management: Ensure every SMS message passing through
your organization is archived and readily available for compliance and
        e-discovery teams
-- SMS Analysis: Threads are automatically constructed from all messages
to
easily discern conversations between message parties
-- Proactive Platform: Build reports to automatically find policy
breaching
events like wall crossing and receive alerts when those breaches occur

-- Enhanced Evidence Supervision: Provide complete workflow audit trails
of
who has acted upon any message
