SEMICOA Aligns with Distributor USI Electronics

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Semicoa Corporation has entered into an agreement with USI Electronics for
distribution of Semicoa products and parts. USI in the military, high rel and
space component and application business. Their experience in distributing and
stocking Semicoa`s product line of bipolar diodes, transistors, and upcoming
MOSFETs and IGBTs for the defense and aerospace industry will provide full
service solutions and the expertise to solve and manage client challenges.

they will be a great asset to our future growth."
