trailer parts, announced today that it has acquired Truck & Trailer Supply,
Inc. Truck & Trailer Supply has locations in Artesia and Roswell, New Mexico.

Truck & Trailer Supply was founded in 1980 by Gene and Kay Peterson and
has grown into a successful and well respected business in the southeastern
New Mexico market. FleetPride has extended employment to all of their
employees, including industry veteran Mark Peterson, who has been with the
company since 1981. Peterson will continue as manager for the acquired New
Mexico operations.
