Fitch Rates Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri, Series 2009-1

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings has assigned ratings to the Higher Education Loan Authority of the
State of Missouri (MOHELA), student loan asset-backed notes, series 2009-1,
(LIBOR floating rate notes) as follows: 

--Class A-1 $67,700,000 'AAA/LS1'; Outlook Stable 

--Class A-2 $118,300,000 'AAA/LS1'; Outlook Stable. 

The effective date of the new rating is Nov. 5, 2009.
