Fri Nov 6, 2009 12:12pm EST
Partners with R&W Software to Make SEC Filings EASier for Customers

PLEASANTON, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Equity Administration Solutions,
Inc. (EASi), the leading independent stock plan management software company,
today announced that it has selected AIRS from R&W Software to automate its
Section 16 insider reporting for customers. Working with R&W Software will
enable EASi customers to run Section 16 reports, export them into AIRS and
submit SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5 in the required XML format.

EASi will serve as a national distributor for the AIRS product to make it
easier for customers to meet their filing requirements. "With automatic logon
to EDGAR, easy access to current and historical data including accurate
insider total holdings, and built-in checks and balances to improve SEC
compliance, we found AIRS to be the best solution available for our
customers," said Don Gillotti, Vice President of Sales for EASi. "Companies
using a manual process or another web service will gain process improvements
from EASi's latest product enhancement," Gillotti added.

EASi reviewed several products and chose the R&W solution because it stores
previously filed forms and footnotes and walks the customer through the
EDGARIZING process and connecting to the SEC website for ease of online
filing. The AIRS module also eliminates the need for redundant data entry and
provides SEC style sheets to preview and audit forms prior to submission.

Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. www.easiadmin.com sells industrial
strength stock plan software designed to handle the accounting, tax and
administration needs of companies that grant equity awards. Headquartered in
Pleasanton, CA, EASi continues to lead the industry with second-to-none
solutions in areas including FAS123R, IFRS 2, Performance Awards and
WorkStream process automation. The company serves nearly one million
participants in more than 60 countries spanning four continents.
