Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 6 November 2009,
the following ordinary shares (6,000) have been transferred from treasury
shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser
Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Scheme:

4,000 Ordinary shares at £15.47 per share

2,000 Ordinary shares at £18.10 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 7,438,265
Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury
shares) is 714,930,247
