ARI(R) Director Named President of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance

Tue Sep 1, 2009 12:10pm EDT
MT. LAUREL, NJ, Sep 01 (MARKET WIRE) --
Automotive Resources International (ARI), a leading global fleet
solutions provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets,
announces Bob Graham, Director, Vehicle Remarketing, as the next
president of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA).

The IARA provides an opportunity for all companies in the remarketing
process to gain knowledge from one another and to better understand each
other's role in the remarketing process. The IARA allows remarketers and
those who service the remarketing industry to discuss and analyze
remarketing issues facing industry members. The alliance works to drive
change in the industry through standardization, performance measurement,
best practices and education. The IARA also provides a Certified
Automotive Remarketer (CAR) program under its educational platform.

Graham's responsibilities will include working with the leadership of the
auctions and other industry associations, providing continued value for
the membership along with conducting monthly Board meetings.

"As the industry changes and evolves, the needs and priorities of both
remarketers and our industry partners change as well," commented Graham.
"The IARA takes a lead role in identifying key issues and working with its
membership to affect changes that will benefit not only remarketers but
the auctions and buyers as well. Through education, co-operation and open
communication with all industry partners, the IARA drives value to the
bottom line of its members."

Graham was inducted on August 18, and his term will last two years.
