Dividend


Renaissance Pre-IPO Fund announces today that it has resolved to declare a
dividend of $17.35 per share, to be paid on 14 April 2008 to shareholders on the
register at the close of business on 11 April 2008. The dividend will be paid in
U.S. Dollars.
