REG-Framlington Inn.Gwth: Transaction in Own Shares

At the General Meeting of the Company held on 29 October 2009 shareholders
granted the Company authority to purchase up to 3,726,963 ordinary shares.

The Company announces that today it has repurchased 45,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 273.67 pence per share.  70,000 ordinary shares have been purchased
under the current authority and the issued share capital after the cancellation
of shares repurchased will be 24,883,001. 

Since 15 April 1999 when the Company first obtained powers to purchase its own
shares, a total of 26,990,133 shares have been repurchased.
