Mon Feb 11, 2008 3:30pm EST
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
IPSA International, Inc. (IPSA), an international investigative
consulting firm, is pleased to announce Joseph J. Grano has joined
their newly created Board of Advisors.

IPSA's Board of Advisors is tasked with providing advice to IPSA's
leadership with respect to matters identified by the executive team
including: the Company's operating strategy and plan; activities
related to potential Company acquisitions and activities related to
the Company's international expansion plans.

"I am honored to have a man of Joe's stature and reputation agree
to be a member of our Board. His private sector experience at
PaineWebber and UBS, combined with his leadership of President Bush's
Homeland Security Advisory Council, will bring tremendous value to
IPSA International and our clients. I also personally look to gain
from his recognized experience in order to pursue an aggressive
international growth strategy," commented Dan Wachtler, President &
CEO of IPSA.

Mr. Grano noted, "I am delighted to be associated with IPSA's
excellent team of professionals. As our country continues its war on
terrorism, it is imperative that the private sector engage to help
ensure victory. For every critical response our nation provides, such
as the Patriot Act, the terrorists respond with new and innovative
means to fund their insidious activities. IPSA's anti-money laundering
expertise can assist our financial institutions in preventing,
identifying, and stopping the movement of illicit funds earmarked for
terrorist or drug-related organizations."

Joseph J. Grano is Chairman/CEO of Centurion Holdings LLC, an
advisor to private and public companies. From 2001-2004, Mr. Grano was
chairman of UBS Financial Services Inc. (formerly PaineWebber). While
at PaineWebber, he chaired the Board of Governors of the National
Association of Security Dealers (NASD). In 2002, Mr. Grano was
appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as the chairman of the
Homeland Security Advisory Council. He proudly served his country as a
captain in the U.S. Special Forces (Green Berets).

IPSA International, Inc. is an international risk advisory firm
which provides clients in the corporate, financial and legal
communities with high-end investigative consulting services. IPSA's
