Corn Products International Named One of America's 400 Best Big Companies by Forbes Magazine

WESTCHESTER, Ill.--(Business Wire)--Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE:CPO) has again been named
one of America's 400 Best Big Companies by Forbes magazine.

   This is the fourth time in the last five years that Corn Products
International has been chosen for the list, known as the Platinum List
of America's Best Big Companies, in which Forbes identifies the 400
best publicly traded companies across 26 industries. Corn Products
International is among 19 companies listed in the "Food, Drink and
Tobacco" category.

   Forbes reviewed 1,000 publicly traded companies with annual
revenues of $1 billion or more for its list. Assessment criteria
included peer-to-peer earnings evaluation; accounting and governance
scores; and other factors outside of those on financial scorecards.
Forbes has been publishing its Platinum List since 1999.
