Southeastern Banking Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter 2009 Dividend

DARIEN, Ga., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southeastern Banking
Corporation (OTC: SEBC.OB) announced today that its Board of Directors
declared a cash dividend of $0.065 per share on its common stock for the
fourth quarter of 2009.  The dividend is payable on December 10 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on November 25.  

Southeastern Banking Corporation is the parent holding company of Southeastern
Bank, headquartered in Darien, Georgia.
