Staffing Industry Analysts Ranks VMS/MSP Companies; No. 1 - Click Commerce
with $4.6 Billion in Spend Under Management

LOS ALTOS, Calif., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Despite the January 2008
bankruptcy of Ensemble Chimes Global (ECG), the world of contingent labor
managed spend continues to expand. Click Commerce rises to the top in total
combined spend under management for Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and
Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies according to Staffing Industry
Analysts, Inc. latest survey.
The amount of contingent labor spending being managed/processed through
the VMS/MSP companies who responded to the survey totaled more than $30
billion during 2007. The ten largest firms in terms of VMS/MSP spend under
management are listed below.

    10 Manpower $1.1 billion

A note about the survey: Staffing Industry Analysts invited approximately
40 leading suppliers of vendor management systems and managed service provider
programs to respond to a detailed survey about their offerings, capabilities
and business volumes. The resulting nearly 50 page report "2008 VMS and MSP
Supplier Competitive Landscape" summarizes the results of that survey. The
full report is available to members of the Contingent Workforce Strategies
Council. All data was self reported by the suppliers and was collected
electronically and/or via one-on-one calls with suppliers. While spend under
management is an important measure of business volume and impact, it is not
equal to the revenue of the top VMS/MSP companies.
